Spencer Shell Universal Basket Stretcher

The Spencer basket stretcher Shell, has been studied to confront the most difficult of emergency situations. It is ideal for rescue operations in mines, at altitude and in water. Thanks to its robust form, resistance and flexibility of use, it is indispensable anytime that a reliable and safe stretcher is needed. A revolutionary technique has been used in its realization which ensures uniform thickness of the entire length of the stretcher. The shell is in high-density polyethylene and is joined to an aluminium framework that aims to consolidate its strength. The handles for transport, which are part of the structure itself, are placed along the entire perimeter. The grommets for the fixing of the spring catches of the harnessing are in stainless steel. Inside the shell there is a removable mattress, applied with self-adherent strips, made in closedcell EPDM, which makes it impermeable to both blood and water. The use of high-density polyethylene for this shell guarantees not only that it is shatterproof but also an exceptional sanitization. The Spencer Shell can hold a spine board.1

DX 040 10 is a light folding stretcher suitable for transporting a patient, also in areas with limited space. Thanks to specially integrated straps, the DX 040 10 can be carried, suspended and hung. The stretcher also has 4 straps with protective padding for patient stabilisation. The straps feature automatic fasteners.

NRT is designed to ensure stability when a casualty needs to be lowered, lifted or manoeuvred to safety in extremely confined spaces: the stretcher is very adherent to bodies of all sizes.

Kong Ark (Anti Rotation Kit)

System which prevents the rotation of Kit Everest in winching phases during helicopter rescue.
The system is composed of a cord diameter 4mm with total length of 100 meters (the last 10 meters are made of different colour), contained in a practical bag with “flap” for locking with the foot.
The lanyard is provided with a fuse with automatic release to protect the operator on the ground avoiding dangerous lifting.
The anti-rotation lanyard is directly connected to the stretcher to keep free the hands of the rescuer during the winching.
Upon reaching the cabin, the cord is released by the rescuer by pulling the special release system.
